Crafting

Fairy House
I use crafting as a way to regulate myself and relax. I can sit for hours, crafting and creating different things that require tedious work. The Fairy House is made from recycled glass jars of various sizes, cardboard, clay, and paint.
Gardening

This is a mammoth sunflower that I grew from seed in 2021. It grew about 11 feet tall! Caring for my garden relaxes me and helps decrease symptoms of depression. During the summer, I spend time in my garden daily.
